However, utilization of carbon dioxide as a C1 source is hampered by its low chemical reactivity. We have been developed carboxylation reactions using carbon dioxide in the presence of transition-metal catalysts such as nickel, cobalt, and palladium. As a result, we have developed a variety of ring-forming reactions, especially in an enantioselective manner, by using activated rhodium catalysts.  <\/em> <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/hokudaigouka.main.jp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Palladiumenolate.png\" alt=\"\u3053\u306e\u753b\u50cf\u306b\u306f alt \u5c5e\u6027\u304c\u6307\u5b9a\u3055\u308c\u3066\u304a\u3089\u305a\u3001\u30d5\u30a1\u30a4\u30eb\u540d\u306f Palladiumenolate.png \u3067\u3059\"\/><figcaption>Enolate is one of the most important nucleophilic reagent in organic synthesis. We have discovered a novel method to generate palladium-enolate species via C-O bond activation strategy. As this is a small group class (2~4 students per one teacher), you can ask anything until you understand.
